GlobalConcat
is a combination of peripheral code generating database, language
rule sets, programming guidelines and services that assist the client
in making their CT/IVR technology ready for any world language.
Instead of simply translating prompts and suggesting new prompt
sequences, @I.S. assists the client in evolving their product to
be able to handle all the nuances of any language, with solutions
to meet all grammatical rules which are vital to the creation of
a professional internationalized product.
GlobalConcat
is not a "plug and play", it is a code generator. The client uses
the structures, concatenated sentence peripheral database, algorithms
and design patterns recommended in GlobalConcat to adjust
their prompt playback system to use expanded rule sets. These rule
sets help to determine grammatical correctness for numbers, dates,
times, word usage and ordering so that the resultant concatenated
strings sound as if they were recorded as complete sentences by
native professional speakers.
Once
the techniques of GlobalConcat have been implemented, the
client owns those techniques and the accompanying algorithms and
databases. They serve as the underpinnings of the prompt generation
and sequencing algorithms of the client's system. New prompts, and
even new languages can be added without engineering time. Once concatenation
and coding function in English, the system will function in up to
200 other languages with 99.9% accuracy.

The

playback in foreign languages. Other languages are not spoken
in the same grammatical order as English, and vary widely
across the language spectrum. Numbers, dates, times are also
wildly divergent. Over 90% of English-based concatenated applications

Every
language has its own order and own peculiarities that are
of major importance to the User. Other languages also have
multiple numbersets, whereas English only has one numberset
( 1,2,3,4...). Other languages have various genders ("sexes")
of nouns that affect their corresponding adjectives and numbers,
and other complications. These differences are not optional,
they are mandatory. When not re-programmed for the language,
