of which are vastly differently in Japanese, Korean, Russian,
Arabic and even Spanish than in English.
Such concatenated sentences can become extremely complex in
other languages. Languages have hair-raising grammar rules,
up to 14 different plurals, 9 numbersets, 25 pronouns, multiple
genders ("sexes"), different numeric concatenation
patterns (rather than <ten><thousand><two><hundred>),
and other important language issues that affect localization
programming and text or audio playback. @IS provides either
programming notes to guide the client's programmers, or even
the code itself in any programming language. All in such a
